Bad idea for several reasons: fiberglass is not very shock absorbing, in fact it’s glass. The more you beat it up the more the little fibers will break. Soon you’ll have nothing but glass dust in the air you’re breathing and under your skin. It is designed to insulate only. To pad walls you want a high density latex foam covered with a sturdy material. It won’t be cheap, but it will be safe and effective.
you should find a different material then pink panther insulation, its all fiberglass and it really would absorb any shock so not good as padding. you would be way better off buying just some medium density foam from a fabric store. a little more expensive but it would actually work.

If you have any dampness, it’s a very bad idea. Mold will form either on the insulation or on the foundation.
